ELECTRONIC CRANKSHAFT DEFLECTION INDICATOR

The LEMAG DI-5 electronic crankshaft deflection indicator is a time saving device for checking crankshaft deflection. The device has been developed over the last 20 years and with its high repeatable accuracy and ease of use continues to be a popular choice for engineers all over the world.

The LEMAG DI-5 replaces all time consuming, risky and unpleasant tasks of a mechanical micrometer dial. Due to its simplicity, the deflection indicator can frequently be used for deflection checks and can therefore identify potential problems before they require expensive engine repairs.

The new LEMAG DI-5 can also be upgraded by the manufacturer to the LEMAG DI-5C without having to replace the entire device. After the upgrade the device features an interface for transferring the data to a computer and can also be combined with an ovality kit for measuring cylinder liner ovality and comparing bore liner wear for diameters of 180 - 600 mm and stroke up to 870 mm.
